Melissa Smith used to live a very fast-paced, high-stress lifestyle. Like many others, she began experiencing the symptoms of our modern day lifestyle. At one point, she even experienced adrenal burnout and had to rest in bed for two weeks. That didn’t stop her though – she pushed on through her stressful lifestyle for a few more years.
About five years ago, however, she had a breakthrough. She realized things could be different. She began studying nutrition, naturopathy, and transformational coaching to to help transform her life and the lives of her clients.
Her personal experience and years of study have transformed her into an energized, healthy model for wellness. She shares this wisdom with clients in the U.S. and Europe to help them live with less stress too.
