This Three Part Breath #Pranayama is for clearing out stagnant air and maximizing the entire capacity of the lungs.

I’ve been feeling a bit clankity lately and can’t seem to hit a good rhythm with things, so I’m going to practice this to clear away stale energy and bring better control to my life force energy.
