#30 – How To Brew Your Own Kombucha At Home

Hema Ramsingh was a fairly healthy girl while she was growing up. Unfortunately, that all changed in her early twenties after she was in a car accident. Hema began to feel incredibly weak and sick and was diagnosed with a condition called Fibromyalgia. She insisted on finding ways to heal her body while avoiding the drugs that were being recommended to her. She wasn’t ready to commit to a life of prescription pills to kill the pain.

Throughout years of research and therapy from a variety of holistic wellness experts, Hema experienced very little relief overall. One day, she was introduced to the idea of using food to heal herself. This life-changing wisdom has created a momentous amount of change in Hema’s life not only in how well she feels but in her career and life’s purpose.
