🐝 Bumble Bee Pranayama is one of my favorite breathing techniques. I felt silly the first time I did it in a public class, but once I got past that and it was a really powerful. 🐝
When you try it, notice how the healing vibrations soothe the ears, nose, and throat. And the steady hum blocks out the world and noise in your head while decreasing mental tension.
This breathwork can also be a helpful technique for getting to sleep. 😴
