This week I focused on cleaning out my body. Although I live a relatively healthy lifestyle, there are many toxins that I come in contact with threw water, the air, and even foods.
Over time, the toxins build up in our bodies and our fat cells hold them tight to protect us. When we eliminate the toxins, we can also shed some of the excess fat that is no longer needed.
