One Minute Yoga Practices

If you’ve been wanting to start doing yoga, I’ve got you covered! In December, I created several 1 Minute Mindful Yoga practices you can do from anywhere, for no cost, and with necessary props! We all have at least 1 minute to spare in our day for some mindfulness and that short amount of time can start to make a big impact on how you experience every other minute of your day.
