Tangy Banago Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients
  1. 1/2 mango
  2. 1/3 frozen banana
  3. 1 large handful spinach
  4. 1 cup coconut water
  5. 1/2 cup filtered water or 1 handful ice
  6. 2 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  7. 1/2 inch knob of ginger, peeled
  8. 1/2 lime, juiced
  9. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  10. 1 1/2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Peel the mango and the ginger
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender
  3. Blend on high until smooth
